Booking Terms & Conditions

How to Book

Kindly send us an email or whatsapp message and we will send you the booking form  subsequently.  Please convey your special requirements to M&S Global Connections along with the number of passengers and the flight schedules and any other specific requirements . We will confirm your order via a ‘Booking Acceptance Letter’ within seven working days.

Deposit

A non refundable deposit of USD 500 per person will be needed to intiate the booking  process.

If booking made within 40 days or less of the date of departure, the full cost of the holiday must be paid.

Luxury Train companies, cruises, some hotels, beach resorts, wildlife lodges may require a higher deposit or even full payment at their discretion, especially during peak season. More airlines are now requesting full payments, and we may need to ask for additional deposits for your flights. We will advise you of these at the time of the booking or as soon as we are made aware.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable except when we cancel the holiday or express our inability to operate it.

Booking Confirmation

All booking processes intiated only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from M&S Global Connections.

Payment Policy :

Non refundable deposit of USD 500 to intiate the booking process.

• Balance amount must be paid at least 60 days before the tour departure date.
• Failure to make final payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Pricing & Availability

All prices, itineraries, accommodations, and flight details are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may change until booking is confirmed.

Traveler Information

Guests must provide valid passport details, visa information, dietary requirements, medical conditions, and any other documents required for travel arrangements.

Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability of ariline seats and hotel rooms and other services as mentioned in the itinerary like car hires , restaurant bookings etc. Additional charges may apply for bookings made closer to the departure date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 45 days before departure: refund of the tour price minus the deposit amount
• 30–45 days before departure: 50% of the tour price
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

KINDLY NOTE : Refunds are subject to supplier, airline, hotel, and activity provider cancellation policies.

Goadaddy bear and admirer festival segment of the booking is completely NON REFUNDABLE.

Inclusions & Exclusions

Tour inclusions and exclusions are clearly listed in the itinerary and form part of the booking agreement.

Passport & Visa Requirements

Travellers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel period and obtain all required visas, permits, and travel documents.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travellers and should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, and travel disruptions.

Itinerary Changes

Due to operational requirements, weather, local conditions or unforeseen circumstances, M&S Global Connections reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or schedules. Any changes will be communicated whenever possible.

Optional Activities

Activities not included in the tour package are undertaken at the traveller’s own discretion and risk. M&S Global Connections  is not responsible for services provided by third-party operators.

12. LGBTQ+ Travelers in India

India is welcoming  queer travellers. Social attitudes may vary by region; therefore guests are encouraged to exercise cultural sensitivity and discretion in public spaces. Refrain from wearing skimpy outfits in public places.

By making a booking with M&S Global Connections you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
